About Gary
Gary has worked as a qualified Sports Massage Therapist since 2012.
After qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist at the Cardiff Metropolitan University, Gary qualified as a Personal Trainer & Gym Instructor with the University of Bath.
He provides Sports Massage both in his studio at home or visiting clients on a mobile basis within Bath and Wiltshire, including Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon, Westbury, Melksham and Frome.
Gary can also be found working at the University of Bath, providing Sports Massage to the public and elite athletes at Team Bath.
Working as a Personal Trainer, Gary specialises in Strength and Conditioning, Injury Rehab, Physique Transformation and Weight Loss while working 1-2-1 with clients from a fully equipped gym in Bradford-on-Avon.

As a top level swimmer, Gary participated at National level as a member of Team Bath, before later going on to join the Royal Air Force. Completing 22 years of service in the RAF and captaining the Royal Air Force Swimming Squad for numerous years, Gary has settled in his home town of Bradford-on-Avon. Recently, Gary has taken part in the London Marathon and Ironman Zurich, a long distance triathlon event, fulfilling life long aspirations.

Gary is now firmly established in Bradford-on-Avon and surrounding areas providing Sports Massage and 1-2-1 Personal Training. His growing list of clients includes runners from Avon Valley Running Club (AVR), and cyclists from both Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon Cycling Clubs (TCC & BOA CC). Gary also has close connections with Hot Chilli Triathlon Club, providing circuit Strength and Conditioning classes and Sports Massage to its members.
